We are a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals overcome life-controlling problems and rebuild their lives. Our mission is to empower individuals with effective Christian discipleship training, life skills, and emotional support. Through our Living Free small groups and regional jail ministry programs, participants learn to become emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, and spiritually alive.

-Devotional, Living Free Class and Meal – 6:00 p.m.

Restoring Hope

Tri-Cities Recovery actively engages with the community through impactful street outreaches and inspiring tent Revivals, spreading hope and healing to those in need.

Breaking Chains

Our Tri-Cities Recovery aftercare program offers participants the choice of engaging in transformative Living Free support groups or connecting them with long-term programs like Adult Teen Challenge for continued support on their recovery journey.

Reclaiming Lives

Tri-Cities Recovery Director Mark Mitchell serves as a Chaplain inside the Southwest Regional Jail in Abingdon, VA, where our dedicated volunteers hold weekly church services and facilitate Living Free groups for those seeking recovery.

Is this a residential program or non-residential?

While Tri-Cities Recovery is a non-residential program, our sister program at Adult Teen Challenge in WV offers a residential program.

How much does it cost to enroll into the non-residential program?

There are no enrollment fees at Tri-Cities Recovery. To join our program, simply complete a registration form and purchase the Living Free student manual guide for only $10.00.

Are you a medical treatment detox center?

No, we are a faith-based program that provides support to individuals through accountability partners, positive peers, and faith-based discipleship in our weekly Living Free support groups.

Who can attend?

Everyone is welcome to join us, regardless of their background or experiences. We provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals who are seeking to learn more about life-controlling problems and how they develop.

Do you have child care?

Yes, we offer child care services, ensuring the safety and well-being of your little ones. Our dedicated staff members have completed thorough background checks for your peace of mind.
